OUTREACH & MISSIONS OPPORTUNITIES
2012-2013 OUTREACH APPLICATIONS ( PORTLAND & SKID ROW/LA):
These are week long trips to the inner cities of Portland and Los Angeles. They will be headed out over spring break to serve alongside local ministries. The applications are due March 1st! Fill out the application and bring it into student life. The cost of the Portland trip is $350 and includes: Training materials, Transportation to from and around Portland, housing, & food for 6 days. The cost of the LA trip to Skid row is still being determined.

SERVICE REPORT FORMS
Print a Service Report! Complete the top portion and give it to your supervisor to fill out. They will return it to the Womack Student Life Building for you. The report will then be looked over by a Campus Ministries Representative and approved if the requirements and regulations are met!
